I have cooked the mince, but I need the EASIEST of SAUCE recipes for a BOLEGNESE to pour over it please?
Dice and fry an onion, throw a tin of chopped tomatoes in, pinch of mixed herbs and a splash of Lea & Perrins but the secret ingredient is a teaspoonful of sugar. Takes the acidity of the tomatoes away. Add mushrooms if you wish.Enjoy :)
