What am I going to do about this?! (Period Question)?

If this is only your second period I wouldn't recommend a tampon. Let your teacher or advisor know you are having a heavy period and will need extra bathroom breaks. Heavy or nighttime pads would be best for protection. You can also put on 2 pads if you are leaking.
