UA stands for urinalysis. You had a significant amout of hemoglobin in your urine, suggesting that you may be bleeding from somewhere in the urinary tract. The lab must have also done a microscopic examination of your urine to see if there were red blood cells, a potential source of the hemoglobin. Ask! If you have a 2+ Hgb (4+ is the max) and no rbc's, it suggests hemolysis somewhere else in your body.
