How do I get the NRA to stop calling?

My husband used to have an NRA membership but didn't renew because of the constant annoying political phone calls and mail asking for even more money. They have called 2-3 times a day for the past 2 weeks. Both my husband and I have told them repeatedly to stop calling. Who do I report them to for harment and the "do not call" law violation, they are soliciting. I hate this.
