Does anyone know how old you have to be to participate in Dinah Shore?

I'm 15 and i was thinking about going (the the prices are like holy crap) and it looks funn.... 0-0 but i don't know if I can go because the pictures i have seen are all older people with drinks so I'm not sure if i can even go. I would really appreciate your help, and those who don't know what Dinah Shore is --- I'ts like the biggest party (that i know of) and is in palm springs (close by) yep, woot woot~~~~~!!!!! xD sounds like uber fun ;DDD would so love to go........
