My 15 year old cat has a cancerous tumor on his right back foot. She is in a lot of pain and the tumor bleeds.

The tumor has been removed surgically but has grown back and is all the way through her foot. She is taking 1/2 Torbutol twice a day for pain. Is there anything else I can do to keep her from licking and aggravating her condition?
