whether u dress girlie or not, if a guy likes u he's gonna look, n yes they do look down there, and ur n to ur right on that one, just confront him n say ' why not take a picture it'll last longer' n play him at his own game, he'll soon back off n if he doesn't then u could have a potential boyfriend if ur interested. hope it helps a lil.
