Does anyone know the song from Vh1's "I love the new millennium 2007"?

I was watching Vh1's "I love the new Millennium 2007" earlier and right at the end of the part about Lisa Nowak the astronaut in a diaper, it played a song clip in the background the lyrics were like, "I crossed the line when pion turned to crime" or something similar to that..does anyone know the name of it and who sings it??
