How much jail time????????

Well, you cannot totally predict what a judge will do. 2 good things he has going for him, he is young and has no other criminal record. However, the charges are serious. I doubt he'll get the state law max, which is probably several years. There are sentencing guidelines that judges follow. My guess is, and this is just my guess based on what I have seen, he'll get some jail time, probably a year and then some probation.
