Need DESPERATE help with dog's poop eating.?

My dog is coming up on 6 months old. She's a pembroke Welsh corgi. We've tried EVERYTHING to get her to stop, msg, meat tenderizer, stop eating poo pills, vegetables. She just won't stop! Now, I know you're going to say "just clean it up" the thing is, she will HIDE and poop, and HIDE the poop in places like her crate so she can eat it later! She's OBSESSED! Literally, she will hide poop to eat it later. We take her outside to potty and she will sit there sniffing the breeze for a half hour. We think "okay, maybe she doesn't need to go" bring her inside and 10 minutes later she's chewing on a big poop! I DO NOT want to wait till she outgrows it, it's DISGUSTING, she loves to lick people on the feet, hands, mouth, and the more you reprimand her the more she does it in a placating "don't be mad at me" kind of way. It's literally to the point that if she doesn't stop, I don't want to keep her anymore. I can't handle the dog poop smeared all over my carpet, her paws and mouth, her hiding and eating poop and then licking people. The poo breath literally makes me shudder. It's ONLY her poop that she eats and we have another dog and live in a place where people routinely don't pick up after their dogs. She eats taste of the wild dog food and has GNC powdered superfood complex vitamins. She's been on this since she was 8 weeks old. She's been eating her poo since she was about 12 weeks.
