Using your meter, VOM, DVM or a DMM.?

Measurements will be made on a 480V polyphase fractional h.p. motor. Starting with the T-Leads 1,2, and 3 to ground. You should have 0 resistance, correct? Now from T-Lead to T-Leads there should be some nominal resistance?
