What hair style.....? I need advice.?

I am 15 and i need a new hair style. Right now it is all about the same length and it about to my bra strap. I want to keep length but what hair styles are in for a 15 year old and what kind of bangs? some people think i should get the swooping bang? Do any of You have any pictures of cute hair styles? And my hair is a dirty blonde, should i go with highlights or low lights? Please let me know your opinions. Thanks!
