Writing a paper on: People not needing to conform to societys standards in order to find happiness.?

In the 4 page paper (Junior in High School), I need to included two examples from "Catcher in the Rye" as well as "One flew over the Coo Coo's nest". If anyone could help me out on possibly an opening to the paper, or other sources i can site to support the topic, that would be great.
