I want to go to the new planet ice in cardiff. Can i access it off jct 33 on the M4, if i head towards Ikea?

Off the M4 at Junction 33 onto the A4232 turn off at the signpost for Barry and Penarth and go right around the roundabout turning left by Morrisons. It's right opposite Morrisons.
