It's impossible to "be specific" since _any_ constellation is visible for most of the year, except when the Sun is in or near it. So there's only a month or two in the year when any constellation is _not_ visible. For example, right now Cygnus is not visible in the evening sky, but is well placed in the morning sky. The Sun is currently in Aquarius, so Aquarius is not visible this month, but is visible the rest of the year.
